My Personal details
In your Personal details, you can edit your account information, such your name, account email and app Settings.
Upload a picture
You can upload an image of yourself in JPG, GIF, or PNG format, which will appear in various areas of your account. For the best results, we recommend the size be 256x256px.
First and Last name
You can change these in the boxes provided.
Change your email address
Please update your email address underneath the first and last name boxes. Remember to check your existing email inbox for your verification email!
Open links in the desktop app
When toggled on, this feature allows certain links, such as login, published groups, and your SoftSync workspace, to be redirected to your desktop app (if downloaded on your device).
Appearance
You can now customise the look of SoftSync on your device! You can choose between light and dark to suit your needs.
