What is a CRM system?
A CRM is where a business keeps everything about its customers: who they are, what was agreed, what was sent, and what happens next. Without one, that information is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and the memory of whoever was in the meeting. With one, it sits in a single place and everyone on the team sees the same customer.
What is an agentic CRM?
It means an agent can use the CRM the way a person does, not just answer questions about it. Autopilot runs the routine work inside. Your own assistant connects over MCP and can do anything you can. You decide what it's allowed to do.
Does SoftSync integrate with my other tools?
Not through a directory of connectors, and we'd rather say so plainly. SoftSync runs an MCP server instead, so the assistant you already use works in your CRM and your other tools at once. Email and calendar connect directly, and there's a REST API for your own code.
What is the best CRM for a small business?
The one that needs the least maintenance. Small teams rarely have anyone whose job is keeping the CRM current, so a system that has to be fed by hand goes stale within months. SoftSync is built for that problem: customers come from the company register, invoices from your accounting system, and email from your inbox, so the customer overview stays right without anyone maintaining it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is free forever rather than a trial that expires. Free gives you one workspace, up to 3 seats, 25,000 records per object and the full core CRM, with no card. New accounts are set up by hand and a few are let in each week, so you request access rather than signing up instantly.
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet works right up until two people need it at once. Then the copies start: one version in an inbox, one on a desktop, and one that is actually correct. A spreadsheet also does not remember what was said on the phone, and it never tells you a customer has not heard from you in three weeks. That is usually the point people switch.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on Azure in Stockholm. SoftSync is built by a Norwegian team, and your data is stored and processed under European law. We never sell your data and never train AI models on it, and every sub-processor is listed with the region it sits in.
What does SoftSync cost?
Free is free forever. Pro is 29 USD / 24 EUR / 279 NOK per seat per month billed yearly (39 USD / 29 EUR / 349 NOK monthly), and Business is 59 USD / 55 EUR / 649 NOK per seat yearly (79 USD / 69 EUR / 819 NOK monthly). All prices exclude VAT, and paid plans have a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card up front.
